Kesha testified that Dr. Luke assaulted her sexually and emotionally. He denied the allegations, and the ongoing legal battle fired up the music industry to support Kesha. The judge ruled that she could not detach from Sony. It sparked outrage and support from fellow female artists such as Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift. Therefore, though 'Rainbow' was Kesha's comeback album, it is still attached to the Sony name and therefore Dr. Luke. However, 'Rainbow' is a Kesha proclamation in so many ways.
